Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer in relation to the sale of candles and related products via the online shop lumea-candles.com.
Seller (online shop operator): Mgr. Michaela Homolová, Vléčná 2134, 735 32 Rychvald, Company ID No.: 21426601, VAT No.: CZ8456185595 (VAT registered).
Business premises: Lumea Candles – handmade candles, Areál EDĚ 1, 735 71 Dětmarovice.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The buyer’s order constitutes a proposal for a sales contract, and the sales contract itself is concluded upon delivery of the seller’s binding acceptance of this proposal to the buyer.
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Prices
The seller is a VAT payer (VAT No.: CZ8456185595). All prices in the online shop are quoted inclusive of VAT and are valid at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery and payment
We handcraft each candle only after receiving the order. We usually dispatch goods within 7 working days of payment being credited. Delivery is free for orders over 2 000 CZK.

• PPL — delivery to address: 149 CZK
Payment methods:
• Bank transfer in advance to our account
• Online by credit card via a payment gateway
We do not offer cash on delivery.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be returned in their original condition and unused.
Withdrawal from the contract does not apply to goods customised according to the buyer’s wishes (candles made to order according to individual specifications).
6. Complaints
Complaints may be made within the statutory period of 24 months from receipt of the goods. To make a complaint, please contact us at info@lumea-candles.com.
7. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
If a consumer dispute arises between the seller and the consumer from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for the out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated out-of-court dispute resolution body, which is:

The consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services. This information on the out-of-court dispute resolution body forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
8. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from 1 June 2026. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
