Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be made regarding goods purchased from the online shop lumea-candles.com. The warranty period is 24 months from receipt of the goods.

How to make a complaint

1. Please contact us by email at info@lumea-candles.com with a description of the fault
2. Attach a photograph of the product and proof of purchase
3. Once confirmed, please send the goods to our address
4. We will process your complaint within 30 days of receiving the goods
